richardmiltakppc.com ("the site") is owned and operated by Richard Miltak, an independent pay-per-click and paid-search consultant based in Svidník, Slovakia ("I", "me", "my"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
02Purpose of the site
The site exists to describe my freelance services and to let potential clients get in touch. It does not provide accounts, logins, payment processing, downloads or any interactive service beyond publishing information. Nothing on the site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance; any working relationship is agreed separately in writing.
