01Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by Richard Miltak, an independent (sole trader) pay-per-click and paid-search consultant based in Svidník, Slovakia. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I am the data controller for any personal data processed through this site.
You can reach me at any time at NasirPink70@gmail.com or by post at Pavlovicova 21, 089 01 Svidník, Slovakia.
02What this site is
richardmiltakppc.com is a simple informational website describing my freelance services. It does not offer user accounts, logins, online payments, newsletters, or e-commerce. There is no form on the site — the only way to contact me is by email or post, which you choose to initiate yourself.
03What data I collect
Information you send me
If you email me, I receive whatever you choose to include: typically your name, email address, company name and details about your advertising accounts or enquiry. I only use this to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver the service.
Technical and analytics data
Like most websites, when you visit this site my hosting provider and analytics tool may automatically process limited technical information, which may include:
- Your approximate location (country/city level) and IP address;
- Browser type, device type and operating system;
- The pages you view and how you arrived at the site (referrer);
- Date and time of your visit.
This data is aggregated and used only to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. I do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.
04Cookies and analytics
This site uses a minimal set of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and secure. If analytics are enabled, a privacy-respecting analytics tool may set cookies to measure aggregate traffic.
05Why I process your data (legal basis)
- To respond to your enquiry — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering people who contact me;
- To provide services if we agree to work together — on the basis of our contract;
- To keep the site secure and understand traffic — on the basis of my legitimate interest in operating a functioning website;
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations — where the law requires it.
06How long I keep it
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. If we enter a business relationship, related correspondence and invoices are kept for as long as required by Slovak accounting and tax law. Aggregate analytics data is retained for a limited period and then discarded or anonymised.
07Who I share it with
I do not sell your personal data and I do not share it for advertising. I rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process data on my behalf, such as my email provider, website host and analytics tool. Where these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
08Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you;
- Ask me to correct inaccurate data;
- Ask me to erase your data where there is no overriding reason to keep it;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Request a copy of the data you provided in a portable format;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these, just email me at NasirPink70@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov).
09External links
This site may link to third-party sites (for example Google's documentation or a mailto link). I am not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and I encourage you to read their own policies.
10Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how the site works or in the law. The current version is always the one published on this page. Material changes will be clearly reflected here.
